Delivery/Returns

DELIVERY

The delivery from purchase date for will be approximately 3-4 weeks for all sizing requests. Delivery period begins once WaliaJones receives the exact sizing they require for each garment. Bridal orders may take up to 6-8 weeks. If you have an urgent delivery required (i.e. less than 4 weeks) then please enquire with WaliaJones to ensure this is possible prior to submitting your order. We deliver worldwide free of charge.

Please note that the Customer is liable for all local custom fees applicable in their country and any international conversion fees on checkout. For any international conversion fee enquiries, please contact your local bank institute.

Ready to ship section: normally delivery under this section takes one week within Australia (free shipping). Outside of Australia for the ready to ship section requires a delivery fee of 30 AUD which will be sent via invoice (delivery can take up to 2 weeks for international orders placed under the ready to ship section). 

CANCELLATION POLICY

WaliaJones aims to start production within 12-24 working hours. Hence cancellations will be considered only if the request is made by the Customer within 12 hours of placing an order or before production, whichever is earlier. Any cancelled order cannot be accepted if the item is under production. Once the order cancellation has been accepted by WaliaJones a full refund will be issued to the Customer. WaliaJones reserve the right to accept or reject order cancellations for any reason and the Customer must agree not to dispute the decision made by WaliaJones regarding the cancellation. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

WaliaJones accepts returns and exchanges for account credit only within 5 days for Customers from the date your order was shipped to you (for clothing only). Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by the Customer and will only be returned if they are in their original packaging including tags. It is important to note that we will not provide refunds on any goods sold but will issue a store credit if WaliaJones accepts the return. To return an item please email our customer care team at info@waliajones.com and we will ensure a prompt response. We are in no way liable for any damages that occur during transit of the product once the product leaves our facilities or for custom fees or international transaction fees within your country. 

Please note that all custom made orders (custom measurements) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty. 

FAULTY PRODUCTS POLICY

A product is considered faulty if it is damaged. Damaged items as a result of normal wear and tear are not deemed faulty. WaliaJones will offer to repair faulty items if they are reported within 5 business days once the outfit arrives. If this is not possible we will aim to replace it for the same product in the same size. Otherwise, a credit note will be issued for the same amount.

WaliaJones works very closely with their designers to ensure that the details of product or product specifications (weight, colour, handwork details, size, etc.) are as accurate as possible. Products shown on www.waliajones.com are only approximate and may differ from the actual product due to a variety of reasons beyond our control. We at WaliaJones believe that all Customers who order online are fully aware of the colour discrepancies shown on their monitors can be slightly different as compared to the actual product colours.

EVENTS/POP UP SHOPS

Due to the nature of the garments presented at our events/pop up shops, there may be minor defects including, but not limited to, loose threads, missing beads etc. Please note there are no returns or exchanges on pieces sold at the Meet & Greet/POP UP Style events held by WaliaJones for change of mind.
